Great city views, clean large lobby, efficient door staff

The water pressure in the shower barely suffices for a proper wash!!! Also, it's baffling that a hotel of this size doesn't offer airport transportation!!! These issues could easily be fixed and would make a huge difference!!!

My family had a great time here! The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge selection, and I loved the relaxing pool area which was perfect for our kids. Though the gym was a bit small, we managed to enjoy it during our stay.

The Deluxe King Room was really spacious with a beautiful view of the arches. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were just right. Water pressure in the big washroom was great too! There was a mini fridge and complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good room!

The location of Riu Plaza is fantastic, right in the heart of Guadalajara. I loved the stunning views from my Deluxe King Room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well-kept. Breakfast was a highlight for me, with a broad selection of delicious options, including mouthwatering chilaquiles. However, the service at the pool could use major improvement. I waited too long for drinks, which made for a frustrating experience. Also, the TV system felt outdated. It would be great to have Smart TVs so I could stream my favorite shows. Overall, the staff were friendly and seemed eager to help, but some areas need better attention to detail.
